1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the nabje platform and all services provided under it. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user of the service ("User") and nabje.
nabje is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

1.1 Scope of Services
nabje's services include: online slot games, live casino table games, sports betting including cricket and football, and other interactive entertainment activities. nabje will try to provide advance notice when adding new services or modifying existing ones.
1.2 Language & Precedence
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall always take precedence. In the event of any conflict with a translation or alternative version, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirement
The following eligibility conditions must be met to use nabje's services:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is legally prohibited.
- You may not hold more than one account.
- You may not operate an account on behalf of any third party.
- Any person previously banned by nabje may not create a new account.
nabje takes great care to protect minors from gambling. Anyone who assists an underage person in using our platform will face strict action, and the entire balance in the associated account will be confiscated.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on nabje, you must provide truthful and accurate information. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited. Only one account per person is permitted.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing your account details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access occurs, notify our support team immediately.
- Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols).
- Always log out after using a public device.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately to [email protected].
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
For security and fraud prevention purposes, nabje may request identity verification documents at any time. Commonly required documents include: National ID Card (NID), a copy of passport or driving licence, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Accepted payment methods on nabje are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Use only payment methods registered in your own name for deposits.
- Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
- nabje does not charge any deposit processing fee, however your payment provider may charge a fee.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. All withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification (KYC) is not complete.
- If a related bet is active during the withdrawal process, the withdrawal may be held.
- In cases of suspicious activity, nabje reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
- Amounts earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the bonus conditions have not been met.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
nabje offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirement.
- After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled within a specified time period.
- If the requirement is not met within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program
nabje's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

5.4 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system (such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or coordinated betting) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated account will be closed and all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed when placing bets on nabje:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, nabje reserves the right to void such bets.
- Betting based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Sports Betting
Specific rules apply to each market for betting on cricket (including T20, IPL, BPL), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports. If a match or event does not take place, is postponed, or is not completed within the scheduled time, the related bet will be considered void.
6.3 Casino Games
All casino games are powered by software from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt). The outcomes of these games are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, so every result is completely fair and random.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nabje platform. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using a third-party account or payment method.
- Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
- Using a false identity or forged documents.
- Misconduct or threats directed at nabje employees.

11 Changes to Terms
